Your delivery charges will depend on the order value. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process
We offer delivery to all regions of Saudi Arabia. To most of main cities in KSA we deliver within 90 working days, if you need more details about the delivery period to remote areas, please contact us.
For all product we sell, here’s how your shipping charges will work:
Free delivery to all major cites on order above 7000SAR
450SAR delivery to all major cities in KSA for orders under 3000SAR
Delivery and Installation
Our store provides complimentary installation services for furniture purchased, with the exception of stand-alone sofas, coffee tables, or other furniture items that do not require tools for assembly, such as chandeliers, wall sconces, and table lamps. Additionally, please note that certain items may require the client to purchase adhesives separately for assembly.
If items missing or damaged:
Although great care is taken while packing, damage does occur occasionally during transit. To help us claim the damage and speed up the reimbursement process we require that you perform the following steps:
      Please check the item in front of the courier by checking the contents of the package and sign in the delivery receipt stating delivery.
      Sign on the delivery receipt stating delivery.
      If the item has any damage whatsoever, please include the same note on the delivery receipt.
      Do not throw away any of the original inner or outer packaging
      Request replacement or report damage by contacting us within 3 working days of delivery date, Nora House Commercial Corporation will not take the
responsibility of the damaged/missing item(s) after this period.
  1. Customization Clause:

    • In the event that any customization is requested for an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that such customization may incur additional costs and extend the delivery time. Nurahomes will provide a detailed quote for the additional charges, and the customer's approval will be required before proceeding with the customization.
  2. Shipment Responsibility Clause:

    • Nurahomes does not bear any responsibility for shipments that may be lost or damaged during transit. Customers are advised to inspect the delivered goods promptly upon receipt. In the unfortunate event of loss or damage during shipment, Nurahomes will issue a complete
    • refund to the customer.
  3. Non-Reshipment Right:

    • Nurahomes reserves the right not to reship goods in the event of loss or damage during shipment. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, circumstances beyond our control may occur. In such cases, a refund will be processed promptly.
